Yaah #6 Download Available, OST Lands Today!
By Flying Pig Staff:
Yaah! Magazine #6 is now ready for download. In equally titillating news, the printer tells us the printed copies of the magazine will be here before the end of June. Heck. Yeah! (or Yaah!). do we need a period there?
Yaah! #6 ships (or downloads) with eighty splendiferous full-color pages
dedicated to the games you love.

This issue has articles on GMT’s Next War series, Stronghold 2nd ed, Waterloo 200, Airborne Commander, They Come Unseen, and more. Then there’s this issue’s game. Designer Arrigo Velicogna’s Lion of Malaya finds a motley assortment of Indians, Australians, and Brits trying to hold Singapore and Malaya against the Imperial Japanese war machine. Clever fatigue rules simulate the mounting exhaustion and dread. Nuanced air rules, and the assignment of tank and anti-tank assets deftly emphasizes their importance in modern warfare. The Commonwealth is in a desperate situation, but the game’s just as tough for the Japanese, who must win a total victory, or no victory at all. Click here for more info.

Old School Tactical in the Warehouse Today!
Okay, okay! It hasn’t happened yet, but that is what the driver said yesterday.
To quote, ” I’m east bound and down, loaded up and truckin’. I’m going to do what they say can’t be done. I’ve got a long way to go and a short time to get there.”
“Yeah, yeah,” we replied. “What does that mean?”
“It means, my inpatient friend, that I’ll be pulling up to the dock with eleben (sic) pallets of East Front, board gaming, goodness sometime between eight and five.”
“And,” he continued,” if I’m not mistaken, your gaming geek buddies can still buy a copy for the low pre-order price of 70 smackaroonies! Just tell them to click here.”
